Thank you for shopping with NutraRoot. We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality Sea Moss products with care.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.

 

Perishable Product Notice

NutraRoot Sea Moss gel is a perishable food product. While it is hot-filled for stability during transit, it must be refrigerated upon delivery and after opening.

 

Warm Weather & Transit Conditions

NutraRoot is not responsible for temperature exposure during transit or after delivery. Customers are responsible for retrieving packages promptly upon delivery.

 

Shipping Materials

Orders may be shipped using insulated packaging and/or gel packs depending on weather conditions and destination.

 

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, NutraRoot is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or unattended packages.

 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees.

 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging for review.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.
